Next year is the 125th anniversary of Bridgeville’s founding, and we’re looking for local family recipes to include in a cookbook being published for the occasion.
To submit your recipe, email cookbook@bridgeville.us and include:
-Your name
-What the recipe is for
-The best phone number to reach you
-The full recipe
We also would love if you included a few sentences about the about the recipe’s history. Where did it come from? How did you get it? What are you memories of it?
You can also include a few photos of the cook, especially pictures of the cook in the action.
If you have an original handwritten version of the recipe, that would also be great to include — just take a a photo of that to submit.
Note: You can submit more than one recipe. There is no limit. All food categories accepted!
