Once Council Reorganization is complete, the Mayor is to turn the meeting and gavel over to the newly elected President of Council
BUSINESS:
1). A motion to reappoint the law firm Gaitens, Tucceri & Nicholas, PC, as the Borough Solicitor.
2). A motion to reappoint the firm LSSE Civil Engineers and Surveyors as the Borough Engineer.
3). A motion to appoint Mark Turnley, CPA, as the Borough Auditor and authorize the execution of a contract by and between the Borough of Bridgeville and Mark Turnley, CPA, for auditing services for the years 2021-2024 with an annual cost of $9,000.
4). A motion to appoint Melissa Guiliani to the Bridgeville Planning Commission with a term that is to expire the first Monday of January 2023.
5). A motion to appoint Elizabeth Bellaver to the Bridgeville Planning Commission with a term that is to expire the first Monday of January 2024.
6). A motion to appoint Bradley Logel to the Bridgeville Zoning Hearing Board with a term that is to expire the first Monday of January 2027.

8). A motion to appoint Deb Colosimo as the Vacancy Board Chairman with a term that is to expire the first Monday of January 2024.
9). A motion to approve the December 13, 2021, Regular Meeting Minutes, as submitted.
10). A motion to approve the January 2022 Bill List.
11). A motion to approve the January 7, 14, 21, 28, February 4 and 11, 2022 payrolls.
12). A motion to authorize the purchase of a Cub Cadet Zero-Turn Tractor from Jefferson Hills Law Equipment at State CoStars pricing at a cost not to exceed $12,205.
13). A motion to offer conditional employment to Daine Lower as a probationary full-time patrolman effective February 1, 2022. (Note: the hiring is from the current Civil Service Hiring Eligibility List and based on the recommendation of the Chief of Police and Civil Service Commission. Patrolman Lower is currently serving as a part-time officer who already passed all applicable physical and psychological exams and a background investigation.)
14). A motion to authorize the Borough Engineer to prepare project specifications, bid documents and advertise for the Sanitary Sewer Backflow Phase 5 Project.
15). A motion to exonerate Tax Collector Anne Marie Parisi from the collection of 2018 delinquent Real Estate Taxes that have been sent to Jordan Tax Service for liening.
16). A motion to accept and pay any commission due – December 2021 Real Estate Tax Collector Report.
17). A motion to acknowledge receipt of the November 2021 Treasurer’s Report.
18). A motion to accept the December 2021 Police Report.
