Aiming to balance in-person meetings with ongoing social distancing guidelines, borough council held its past two meetings in the spacious Bridgeville Volunteer Fire Department’s spacious Chartiers Room.
But at the same time, there’s been plenty of action in council’s usual meeting space.
Last month, the municipal building developed a roof leak that poured water directly into council chambers, damaging the room.
The borough’s public works department fixed the interior damage, and the leak received a temporary patch courtesy of the contractor who will soon replacement the entire borough building roof.
Council will resume meeting in its usual chamber room starting on June 14 at 7 p.m.
