Open Records & Right-to-Know

Act 3 of 2008, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania’s new Right-to-Know Law (RTKL), took effect on January 1, 2009, and the Borough of Bridgeville has enacted a new Policy, and Fee Schedule, in order to be in compliance with this new law.

Open Records Request Form:

Requests for public records under the Right to Know Law may be submitted in person, by mail, or by facsimile to the Borough’s designated Open Records Officer, using the following Form:

Contact Information for the Office of Open Records and Instructions for Filing an Appeal:

Any person aggrieved by a decision of the Borough’s Open Records Officer may file an appeal with the Office of Open Records, within fifteen (15) business days of the mailing date of the Borough’s Notice of Denial.
