Next year, Bridgeville celebrates its 125th birthday since being incorporated in 1901. A group of volunteers is planning a week-long celebration commemorating the Bridgeville, its history, and its residents.
But this event needs a logo, and that’s where we need your help.
To find the perfect visual representation of the event, the 125th Anniversary Committee is holding a logo contest that’s open to everybody. All of the submissions will become part of an art show at the Bridgeville Public Library in May 2025. The winner and runner-up will be announced at the show’s grand opening on May 9.
First place receives $200, and the artists logo will appear on signs, T-shirts, and promotional materials around the borough next summer.
The second-place entrant gets $75.
Deadline to submit is April 15. So do your taxes now, then take a few weeks to come up with your best logo.
You do not have to be a professional artist to submit. You simply have to send us a file in one of the formats listed below.
If you have questions, you can email 125@bridgeville.us attn: Amanda.
