The South West Communities Chamber of Commerce will award a $1,000 educational scholarship to one local high school senior this spring.
Students have until Feb. 6 to apply for the scholarship.
To be eligible, students must:
1.) Be a high school senior from Chartiers Valley, South Fayette, Upper St. Clair, or Carlynton school districts.
2.) Have a minimum final GPA of 3.2.
3.) Provide one teacher recommendation.
4.) Provide a copy of high school transcripts or most recent report card.
6.) Complete an application form, including a typed 450-600 word essay.

The scholarship, which is funded by the chamber’s annual car raffle, is organized in conjunction with The Common Good Foundation—the chamber’s non-profit sister organization.
