COMMENTS FROM THE FLOOR- VISITORS, PLEASE STATE NAMES AND ADDRESSES

BUSINESS

1 – A motion of the Borough Council to approve the minutes of the September 9, 2019 regular meeting as submitted.

2 – A motion of the Borough Council to approve the October 2019 Bill List.

3 – A motion of the Borough Council to approve the October 18, 25, and November 1, and 8, 2019 payrolls.

4 – A motion regarding Resolution No. 2019-13 of the Borough Council formally requesting CDBG funds from the Allegheny County Department of Economic Development in the amount of $38,000 for ADA ramps and sidewalks and designating an official to perform the required duties between the ACED and Bridgeville Borough.

5 – A motion of the Borough Council regarding a Subdivision Plan Application submitted by Thomas Dance Studio on behalf Robert David Holding Company, LLC for the property located at 111 Washington Avenue contingent upon the completion of all items noted in LSSE’s review letter dated September 27, 2019. Planning Commission reviewed and recommended contingent approval at their Sept. 30, 2019 meeting.

6 – A motion of the Borough Council regarding a Site Plan Application submitted by Thomas DanceStudio on behalf Robert David Holding Company, LLC for the property located at 111 Washington Avenue contingent upon the completion of all items noted in LSSE’s review letter dated September 27, 2019. Planning Commission reviewed and recommended contingent approval at their September 30, 2019 meeting.

7 – A motion to accept the bids for the Backwater Valve Contract Phase 2 – Contract No. 10-S1, and award the bid to the lowest responsible bidder, Osiris Enterprises, in the amount of $168,700, contingent upon the review of all documents and recommendation by the Borough Engineer.
