A motion of the Borough Council regarding Resolution No. 2019-03 as per PennDOT requirements 1.10.14 Signs and Banners Across State Highways; a resolution designating the intention of the Bridgeville Borough to place one (1) banner across State Route 50 to be installed May 14, 2019 and removed June 17, 2019 for the Bridgeville Day on the Avenue celebration to be held June 15, 2109 from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

ORDINANCE 1008
A motion of the Borough Council regarding Ordinance 1008; amending the Borough’s Code of Ordinances, Chapter 8, Floodplains, Part 5, Technical Provisions, Section 5 Elevation and Flood Proofing; and Part 9 Definitions, Section 2 Specific Definitions, to require certain accessory uses and structures (e.g., refuse containers/dumpsters) to be anchored.

A motion of the Borough Council regarding Ordinance 1009; amending the Borough’s Code of Ordinances, Chapter 21, Streets and Sidewalks, Part I, Street Opening, Section 123 Backfilling, to establish updated restoration requirements following street openings, including ‘curb-to-curb’ restoration.
CURRENT ESTIMATE NO. 2 – GREEN LIGHT-GO ADAPTIVE SIGNAL UPGRADES
A motion of the Borough Council regarding the remittal of Current Estimate No. 2 – Green Light-Go Adaptive Signal Upgrades to Bronder Technical Services, Inc. in the amount of $80,696.58 for work completed to dates. Remarks: The estimate has been reviewed and approved by Engineer Sites.
