The upcoming primary election will be a formality for the six candidates running for Bridgeville Borough Council.

Three people from each party are running for three council seats. Unless an independent or third-party candidate jumps into the election this fall, the ballot will look like this:

  • Nino Petrocelli Sr. – Longtime councilmember and retired Bridgeville business owner.
  • Joseph Colosimo – Current councilmember.
  • Nicholas Ciesielski – Newcomer to Bridgeville politics who manages Railyard Grill & Taproom.

REPUBLICANS

  • Joel Lakus – Owner of Bridgeville-based Lakus Painting.
  • Devlin Robinson – Iraq War veteran who owns a medical supply company.
  • Mike Tolmer – Current council president, sales manager for an industrial supply firm.

Councilmembers serve four-year terms.

CHARTIERS VALLEY SCHOOL BOARD
