Monday Is Voter Registration Deadline for the Upcoming Primary

April 14, 2017 By Tim McNellie

Monday, April 17 is the last day to register to vote in the upcoming Pennsylvania primary.

This election year is a big one for Bridgeville, where the mayorship and five council seats are in play, and for theChartiers Valley School Board, which has four seats up for grabs, according to the Allegheny County Department of Elections.

The primary elections should be fairly quiet, though. The one competitive race is for the Bridgeville’s Democratic mayoral nomination, where voters will choose between Betty L. Copeland and Vincent A. Talarico. Beyond that, the general election tickets are pretty much set.

You can register online here, or mail in a registration card postmarked by Monday, April 17.
