PROPOSED ORDINANCE NO. 991- MCLAUGHLIN RUN ROAD PARKING
A motion of the Borough Council regarding Proposed Ordinance No. 991; an ordinance of the Bridgeville Borough amending the Borough of Bridgeville Code of Ordinances, Chapter 15, Motor Vehicles & Traffic; Part 4, General Parking Regulations, §15-402, parking prohibited at all times in certain locations, specifically to prohibit parking in certain locations on McLaughlin Run Road. Remarks: The ordinance has been duly advertised.
PROPOSED ORDINANCE NO. 992 – PLANNING COMMISSION MEMBERSHIP INCREASE
A motion of the Borough Council regarding Proposed Ordinance No. 992; amending the Bridgeville Code of Ordinances, Chapter 1, Administration & Government, Part 3, Boards & Commissions, §15-301.A, to increase the Planning Commission membership from five to seven members. Remarks: The ordinance has been duly advertised.
PLANNING COMMISSION APPOINTMENT
An advertisement was placed on September 1, 2016 requesting letters of interest from candidates wishing to fill the two new vacant seats on the Planning Commission with a term to the first Monday in January 2021.
The following letters were received: Mary Weise, Eric Schmidt, Tim Nath, Dale Livingston, George Aspiotes.

ZONING HEARING BOARD RESIGNATION
A motion of the Borough Council accepting the resignation of Nino Petrocelli, Sr. from the Zoning Hearing Board due to his appointment to serve on the Planning Commission.
ZONING HEARING BOARD APPOINTMENT

RESOLUTION NO. 2016-07
A motion of the Borough Council regarding Resolution No. 2016-07 as per PennDOT requirements 1.10.14 Signs and Banners Across State Highways; a resolution designating the intention of St. George’s Church to place one (1) banner across State Route 50 to be installed September 30, 2016 and removed on October 30, 2016 for the St. George Church Mediterranean Food Festival to be held October 28 through October 30, 2016.
RESOLUTION NO. 2016-08
A motion of the Borough Council regarding Resolution No. 2016-08 as per PennDOT requirements 1.10.14 Signs and Banners Across State Highways; a resolution designating the intention of The Bridgeville South Fayette Rotary Club to place one (1) banner across State Route 50 to be installed September 13, 2016 and removed on October 2, 2016 for the Bridgeville South Fayette Rotary Club Chili Cook-Off to be held October 2, 2016.

POLICE PENSION (MMO) MINIMUM MUNICIPAL OBLIGATION CERTIFICATION
A motion of the Borough Council regarding the receipt of the Police Pension (MMO) Minimum Municipal Obligation of $83,072 for the 2017 Budget Year as prepared by Manager Collins. Remarks: The pension contribution for 2017 has been calculated to continue at the maximum permitted by Act 600-8%. An actuarial review is conducted each year to revisit the required contributions.
NON-UNIFORMED PENSION (MMO) MINIMUM MUNICIPAL OBLIGATION CERTIFICATION
A motion of the Borough Council regarding the receipt of the Non-Uniformed Pension (MMO) Minimum Municipal Obligation of $27,060 for the 2017 Budget Year as prepared by Manager Collins.
