PLANNING COMMISSION RESIGNATION
A motion of the Borough Council accepting the resignation of Bert Cherry from the Planning Commission effective immediately due to his appointment to the Borough Council.
GEOTECHNICAL INVESTIGATION – BOWER HILL ROAD RECONSTRUCTION
A motion of the Borough Council regarding a geotechnical investigation to identify soil conditions to be encountered prior to the reconstruction of Bower Hill Road. The cost of the project is $14,000.
CURRENT ESTIMATE N0.1-2016 PAVEMENT MAINTENANCE PROGRAM
A motion of the Borough Council regarding the remittal of Current Estimate No. 1 – 2016 Pavement Maintenance Program to Alex E. Paris in the amount of $133,116.72 for work completed to date. Remarks: The estimate has been reviewed by Engineer Sites.
A motion of the Borough Council regarding the July 2016 Bill List.
A motion of the Borough Council approving the payrolls of July 15 22, 29, and August 5, 2016.
A motion to accept and pay any commissions due the June 2016 Real Estate Tax Collector Report.
