2016 PAVEMENT MAINTENANCE PROGRAM
Bids were advertised and publicly opened on Thursday April 7, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. in the Council
Chambers for the 2016 Pavement Maintenance Program with the following bid results:

A list of streets included in the 2016 project are as follows:
- Harding Street from Lesnett Road to Terminus (50% of cost to be paid by the Pennsylvania American Water Company).
- Forbes Street from Harding Street to Coolidge Street (50% of cost to be paid by the Pennsylvania American Water Company).
- Union Street from Bower Hill/Bluff Intersection to Terrace Street.
Remarks: Funds available for this years’ project – $158,000. Approximately $50,237.50 of the contract price will be paid by Pennsylvania Water Company.
COMCAST CABLE FRANCHISE RENEWAL SERVICES
A motion of the Borough Council authorizing the Bridgeville Borough to enter into an agreement with the Cohen Law Group to perform Comcast Cable Franchise Renewal Services on behalf of the Borough per costs as prescribed in the agreement. Remarks: The franchise agreement does not expire until December 2017. Preliminary work including a cable compliance review will begin as a portion of the scope of services. The Borough has entered into a joint agreement with members of the COG Municipalities to engage Cohen to handle the Verizon negotiations. The same program is not available for the Comcast renewal.
CURRENT ESTIMATE NO. 1 – WASHINGTON A VENUE SANITARY SEWER REPAIR PROJECT
A motion of the Borough Council regarding the remittal of Current Estimate No. I – Washington Avenue Sanitary Sewer Repair Project to Roto Rooter in the amount of$ I 00,546.11 for work completed to date. Remarks: The estimate has been reviewed by Engineer Sites.
A motion of the Borough Council regarding the April 2016 Bill List.
A motion of the Borough Council approving the payrolls of April 15, 22, 29 and May 6. 2016.
A motion to accept and pay any commissions due the March 2016 Real Estate Tax Collector Report.
A motion to accept the February 2016 Financial Report.
A motion to accept the March 2016 Police Report.
A motion to accept the March 2016 Zoning Report.
