The Bridgeville Athletic Association plans to create a new T-ball practice field at Chartiers Park by flattening a small piece of hilly land at the end of one of the soccer fields.
The field will be used by children ages 3 and 4.
“It will be smaller than the smallest infield we [currently] have,” said Athletic Association president Mike Mincin.
Council voted 5-0 to give the association permission to level the land. The Athletic Association may add a backstop and benches, as well.
