Part of Chartiers Street Is Closing for the Next Five Weeks

Part of Chartiers Street will be closed during daylight hours every weekday for the next five week as workers install a new waterline in the area.

The section of Chartiers between Winfield Street and Mayview road will close each morning at 7 a.m. and reopen to traffic at 5 p.m. each day.

PA American Water, which is handling the waterline installation, has not yet announced how traffic will be re-routed.
