A woman suspected of stealing from the Rite-Aid on Chartiers Avenue last week told Bridgeville police that not only was she innocent, but that she had learned her lesson in the past:
“I’ve been caught stealing before and will never do it again,” she insisted.
Following that exchange, police found stolen merchandise in her pockets and another stolen item in her vehicle. The 25-year-old resident of Masontown, Pennsylvania was then arrested for retail theft.
