
More than four months ago, Bridgeville police launched an investigation into a marijuana-dealing operation that was impacting the borough. As a result, a Scott Township man faces multiple drug-related charges.
Authorities arrested Adam Higgs, 22, at his Scott Township residence on Jan. 4. He is charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and criminal use of a communications facility (i.e. a cell phone).
In other police news:
- A 41-year-old Carnegie man was charged with public intoxication after Bridgeville police responded to a call about a disturbance at the Black Horse Saloon at 2:10 a.m. on Jan. 4.
- A 54-year-old Bridgeville resident was charged with DUI after a traffic stop on Station Street at 6:35 p.m. on Jan 5.
